To qualify for a refund:

All original tags, hanger, and bag must be included

A receipt or order confirmationis required
Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment.

How to Return an Item
Step 1 – Email Us
Email info@emensuits.com with:

Your Order Number

The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

The reason for the return
We’ll reply with detailed return instructions by email.
Step 2 – Ship Your Item
Ship the item back to us within 60 days of the purchase date in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, including the hanger and bag.
Please make sure:

The original receipt or a copy is included inside the package.

For any suit or walking suit, you return the blazer, pants, vest, and any included accessories.

You do not choose a shipping option that requires a signature; our return center cannot sign for packages.

Emensuits is not responsible for any return(s) sent to the wrong address or for items damaged or lost in the return process.

If you accidentally send the wrong item back to us, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for such items.
Step 3 – Refund

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

All refunds are sent directly back to the original source of payment.

We reserve the right to adjust or deny a refund based on the condition of the returned item(s). We will email you your refund details.

Shipping is a service and is non‑refundable.

No restocking fees.

Any items/returns delivered to us with tags removed will not be refunded; instead, store credit will be offered.

Return shipping is NOT coveredby Emensuits.

FINAL SALE items CANNOT be accepted for return, refund, or store credit.

Returned‑to‑sender or refused packages will be processed as a return. You will receive your refund minus the initial shipping charge.
