Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on emensuits.com and fulfilled by Emensuits.

Processing Times

• Standard Processing: 1–2 business days.

• Expedited/Express Processing: Ships within 1 business day.

• Order Cutoff: Express orders placed before 11:00 AM EST ship the same business day.

• Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the next business day.

• UPS Ground is not considered an express or guaranteed service.

• Transit times begin after your order ships.

• UPS/FedEx may experience delays due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our control per their service terms.

Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders $120+ within the contiguous United States.

• Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.
  

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Overseas Addresses

• We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

• Expedited air services are not available for PO Boxes or military addresses.

• When entering your address, please include all details (APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, BUILDING#, etc.) to avoid delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking linkIf your order ships in multiple packages, each tracking number will be sent separately.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• incorrect or incomplete address

• refusal of delivery

• failure to pick up from carrier location

You may request reshipment once the reshipping fee is paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Returns

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return package is delivered back to us.

International Orders

• International shipping is available to select countries.

• Rates and available methods are displayed at checkout.

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

• Customs delays are possible and outside our control, but our team will assist when possible.

Express Shipping Rates

If you select an express option, the rate shown at checkout reflects your actual cost.High-value orders or items from multiple vendors may ship in separate packages; tracking will be provided for each.

Shipping Disclaimer

After your order leaves our facility, Emensuits is not responsible for carrier issues including:

• lost, held, or stolen packages

• delayed delivery

• mis-delivered shipments

• damage caused in transit

We will gladly assist by providing carrier details so you can file a claim directly with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
